How do I return an item?
We at Monster Fishing Tackle and Outdoor Pro Shop want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy offers a full refund on items returned within 30 days of the original purchase. All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. In some cases, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $20. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be refunded minus the cost of shipping: this includes all 2nd day air and next day air shipments.
We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling toll free at (855) 588-8033. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment unless otherwise negotiated upon original contact. Should we assume fault for incorrectly filling an order we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
**Faulty, improperly labeled or items damaged in shipping are always eligible for return**
We take every measure to make sure your order is shipped and packaged in the most secure manner. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will issue a call tag to retrieve that package from you. You do not have to pay return shipping fees. Once we receive confirmation the return package is en route back to us, we will send out your in tact items.
