Yamamoto Baits California Roll
The Yamamoto California Roll is a new hybrid soft plastic worm featuring the body of a Senko that tapers to a flat, spade tail. One of several new baits released by Yamamoto in 2015, the California Roll is designed to offer anglers a new worm for finesse fishing presentations including: drop shot, shakey head or nail weight rig just to name a few. The solid soft plastic body serves as the foundation of this spade tail worm, providing anglers with sufficient plastic for many different sizes of hooks from finesse to flipping. The body then tapers to the flat, spade tail engineered to move water as it is fished throughout the water column. When rigged with a shakey head or nail weight, you'll be amazed at the lively action delivered by the California Roll's spade tail design - it causes the tail to kind of sway side to side like a small bait fish. Much like the Senko, Yamamoto's California Roll can be fished in virtually unlimited ways with only your imagination setting the limitations. Anglers have already reported great success using this worm as a finesse flipping bait for sparse tules and wood.
The Yamamoto California Roll measures 5" in length and comes 10 per pack.
