832 braid

This particular braided line is the only braided line I use. Occasionally I'll try a new brand to compare to the 832 but time and time again I gravitate back to the 832. You can't beat the strength, dexterity, and non abrasiveness of this particular braid. You get what you pay for so spend your money on the best Sufix 832 braided fishing line.

Best Braid for the money

This is my favorite braid to use out there for the money. I've tried them all and 832 is better than them all. I use the 20lb. on my spinning setups for crappie and perch, and I use 40 and 50lb. on my baitcasters for bass and walleye.

Total disappointment

At first I was amazed on how thin the diameter was for 20 lb braid. The look and feel of the line was great. I put this on my reel for salmon fishing and the first time I used it I was shocked to see how easy it broke. After loosing the first fish, I tried again and it broke. I then tried using it for rock cod and just a little snag on the bottom and it broke again. I guess I'll have to go back to Power Pro.
