Strike King Rage Blade Blaster

There's no lure we can think of that's quite like the Strike King Rage Blade Blaster, a unique multi-species lure that provides vibration and a fluttering action as it is retrieved through the water. Thin blade lures used to be popular many years ago, but have since become a regional secret in particular areas of the country for anglers who are just out to catch whatever will bite that day. Affording a number of different retrieve possibilities, the Strike King Rage Blade Blaster can worked in a horizontal or vertical manner depending on how the fish are positioned and what kind of bait they are keying in on. Some anglers use this lure like a spoon with large vertical sweeps of the rod's tip to generate a constant falling action like an injured baitfish. When utilizing the bait in this way, the weighted head section creates a very interesting, unpredictable fluttering action as it makes its way back down through the water column. Another possibility is simply reeling the bait through the strike zone and letting the side to side wobble tempt suspending fish into striking.

Crappie, Bass, Stripers and Walleye can all be fooled with the Strike King Rage Blade Blaster. The thin profile of the bait is made a bit more "3D" with the addition of a feathered treble hook that seeks to more accurately mimic shad and other forage fish.

We offer the Strike King Rage Blade Blaster in three sizes: 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2oz in three different colors.

Great for white bass and spotted bass! February 15, 2016

Fish the 1/4oz on 8lb test for the best fall rate. Drop the rod and try to judge the depth that the fish are staging in. Then pump upward with authority and repeat. This is usually a technique that is fast and erratic. Catch some fish today with the Strike King Rage Blade Blaster!
