Designed to the standards of Bassmaster Elite Series angler, Kevin VanDam, the 4870 tackle bag includes all of the features a discriminating bass angler looks for in a tackle storage solution. For anglers who walk the shore, fish out of pontoon boats or join others on their boats, being highly mobile is a necessity in a tackle bag. The other important consideration is finding a bag that provides sufficient tackle storage without becoming over the top and unnecessary. Plano's KVD Guide Series Elite Bag delivers the ideal solution with intelligently designed storage that utilizes every available inch in the most efficient way possible. This bag, with its tremendous amount of storage, still remains very easy to transport and stores well in the vehicle, house or in another anglers boat.
The 4870 Bag is constructed with a convenient top-loading, main compartment which houses (4) included 3750 series StowAway utility boxes. These boxes are incredibly effective for storing all types of tackle and lures. We have found the best way of optimizing your storage and use of this bag is to purchase additional 3750 utility boxes for all of your tackle. Then when preparing for a day of fishing, simply switch out the boxes as needed for the conditions. One other tip - label the boxes around the closure latches as they will be facing upward. It will help quite a bit. In addition to the central compartment, there are also three external pockets with multiple interior pockets inside each. These will be your line and tool storage areas as well as some plastics you may want to keep at hand. A padded shoulder strap makes carrying the bag very easy and won't hurt the shoulder.
The Plano 4870 KVD Guide Series Elite Bag measures 23.5”L x 14.5”W x 14”H and includes (4) 3750 series StowAway utility boxes.
