The Owner Downshot Sinkers are small and lightweight bell-shaped sinker perfect for the drop shot technique. Although generally referred to as the "drop shot" nowadays, down shot is actually the term used for the technique in Japan; an application that had been very popular over there before it landed in the United States. Designed with several excellent features including a unique eye line tie. The eye "pinches" on the tag end of your line - making the sinker quick to rig and adjust - and, should you hang up on the bottom (while hooked to a fish or otherwise), the eye allows you to pull back and quick-release from the snagged sinker with ease. Its also become very popular when anglers are experimenting with leader lengths. Instead of tying directly to the eye and trimming off the remaining line, anglers can now leave a bit of the tag end out the end affording them the ability to quickly change the depth of the presentation. We offer the Owner Downshot Sinkers in six sizes: 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2oz. Quantity varies.
