The Jackall Gantarel Jr. packs all the same lifelike action of the original Gantarel into a new, smaller size. A steady retrieve creates a natural "S" swimming pattern. Twitch your rod tip and the Gantarel Jr. Turns 180-degrees, triggering vicious strike. Displaying unparalleled realism in both design and action, the Jackall Gantarel Jr. is a three piece panfish swimbait that attracts strikes from giant bass. Attention to detail is second to none in the Gantarel Jr. swimbait with a number of color patterns intended to match different species of panfish and baitfish including bluegill, crappie, golden shad and more. When you see this in the water you're honestly going to have a difficult time distinguishing it from the bluegill in the area - its realism is uncanny. From the anatomically correct body extend pectoral fins which are intended to serve as balance keeping the swimbait upright even when worked with quick twitches or rapid pops of the rod's tip.
Some unique features have been incorporated into the design of the Jackall Gantarel Jr including two additional eye loops that can be used for some trick rigging methods. Under the chin of the bait, Jackall included a loop that is designed for adding a small weight to create a nose-down appearance for anglers who find bass relating to beds. The tail of the bait also incorporates an eyelet used for adding trailer hooks should the angler feel bass are short striking at the bait. Swiveling hooks and line tie are great additions to the bait, both reducing line twist and ensuring bass cannot throw the hooks as they jump in attempt to free themselves.
The Jackall Gantarel Jr measures 5" in length and weighs 1.5oz with a desired fishing depth of 1-5 feet - ideal for bluegill spawning areas.
