The number one selling shoe style worldwide over the past 4 years, you're probably pretty familiar with Crocs Classics. Initially designed as an alternative to the open toed sandal, Crocs Classics have become the ultimate warm weather shoe for those who still want an airy feel to their footwear. Ventilation of the Crocs Classic is superb allowing air to flow freely in and out of the shoe almost feeling like sandals when being worn, however, they protect the foot much more effectively. Yeah, a lot people do wear them around the beach, but they have actually become incredibly popular for a number of service jobs and recently, made their way into the fishing industry due to the traction they provide. Unlike you standard sandals, these shoes are very high performance in wet-dry type situations such as the deck of a boat or docks around the water.
The Crocs Classics are best described as clog style shoes, but don't let that fool you, they are far superior to those wooden variety that surely come to mind. These clogs are a closed cell resin which resists odor, making these perfect barefoot shoes. A combination of material and design makes the shoe slip resistant in standing water around slippery surfaces. Strategically placed ventilation holes allow water, sand and air to travel through the footwear so it's not building up within the shoe itself - and it gives you a nice open, airy feel. The heel strap can be rolled forward for a slip on clog shoe or keep it back for a heel strap depending on how you choose to wear the shoe. Arch support is built in, making these all day shoes. Finally, those concerned with scuffing floors, no need to worry - the Crocs Classics possess non marking outsoles.
We offer the Crocs Classics Shoe in many sizes - all sizes are listed with mens size first and women's second. Five colors: Black, Chocolate, Khaki, Magenta & Navy Blue.
How do Crocs Classics Fit?
Crocs states these shoes should fit very loosely. The sides of your foot should not really touch the sides of the shoe. Your toes should never make contact with the front of the shoe. Once you have centered your foot on the footbed: You should have about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of space in front of your toes, behind your heel, and when you lift the strap you should be able to comfortably get your finger between the strap and heel.
What are Crocs Classics Made Of?
Made of patented resin that softens with body heat, allowing shoe to mold to the foot for a customizing fit. Crocs Classics have a non marking outsole so you need not worry about scuffing gymnasium floors, boat decks or hardwoods at home.
