The Black Dog Baits Injected Lunker Punker is a 6" injected plastic walk the dog topwater swimbait which exhibits an incredible action calling up big fish to crush the lure atop the water's surface. The 6" Injected Lunker Punker, is an excellent topwater lure for bass and stripers alike. The 6" Injected Lunker Punker glides back and forth across the water imitating large forage that trophy sized bass feed upon. Whether your body of water contains trout, hitch, gizzard shad or herring, the Lunker Punker will accurately mimic the forage and produce excellent results. The 6" version of the injected Lunker Punker weighs in at 1.9oz and performs best when fished on a light swimbait rod with heavy braided line.

both the wood and injected versions are amazing lures,  I use the wood primarily for bass during mid day, and around sunrise and sunset,  they will track and destroy this lure like nothing else.  I prefer the 6" and 8" models.  if I am fishing after sunset the plastic version with its internal rattles excels at pulling in fish from a good distance.  any way to slice it,  buy one and you wont be disappointed.

Great colors on this lure. It's a little harder to "walk" than smaller topwaters but still a really good bait. Landed an 8 pounder my first time out at a local pond. She exploded on it.
