Power Pro Super Slick is a braided fishing line that possesses the same strength and durability of the standard Power Pro, but incorporates a new smoother texture for increased casting distance and less guide friction. Anglers who are familiar with braided fishing line are also familiar with the few negative aspects using it presents. Traditional braided lines are subject to friction on the guides of the rod which results in less casting distance and an annoying sounds. The new Super Slick alleviates those issues. In addition, some anglers find that traditional braid emits an unattractive noise as the bait goes through vegetation. Similarly, the new Power Pro Super Slick will not have that issue.
