Tungsten Casting Jig

The Keitech Model I Casting Jig is a compact tungsten casting style jig designed for bass fishing applications. The Casting Jig, from Keitech Lures, is a compact jig that possesses a high quality skirt and a light wire hook. Streamlined tungsten compound head is 30% smaller than its alternative and works well in various cover such as reeds and brush. The tungsten jig head delivers incredible sensitivity due to the dense nature of the metal. The light wire hook presents an excellent choice for light line fishing applications. Excellent jig for shallow or deep water fishing. The weedless nature is derived from the 20 fiber weed guard which remains in place as it is glued by hand carefully. Hand tied extra fine silicone skirts give the bait an extra flare that isn't typically found in mass production jigs. We offer two sizes of the Keitech Model I Casting Jig: 3/8 & 1/2oz. The Jig possesses a 3/0 hook.

The Model I jig has many features not found in your ordinary bass jig. The Tungsten tear drop powder coated head is perfectly balanced; it penetrates cover and does not roll over. The hand tied 150 strand skirt is produced from Keitech’s exclusive SR-40 silicone. This super soft fine cut material provides remarkable life-like action. The weed guard is hand glued to ensure perfect alignment to the custom Gamakatsu 3/0 hook. This compact size tournament winning jig excels under all conditions and is the only jig to throw when the money's on the line!
