The Berkley Gulp Sand Worm is a saltwater bait which mimics the appearance of sandworms or clamworms which are a favorite meal of many saltwater species of fish. The Sand Worm from Berkley's Gulp line of soft baits, is one of the most popular saltwater Gulp baits as it appeals to many species of saltwater game fish. The Gulp Sand Worm Assorted colors to meet your fishing needs. The Sand Worm looks and feels like a natural sandworm and should be rigged and fished like live bait.

What is a Sandworm?

A common marine annelid is the clamworm, or sandworm (Nereis). Sandworms live in muddy sands in the intertidal and subtidal zones of inland bays and marshes. When the tide comes in, sandworms crawl around on the bottom and prey on tiny invertebrates. When the tide moves out, sandworms burrow in the sand and scavenge on organic debris.

I ordered this product to use at the coast in the spring. I gave it a five star rating just from seeing and feeling the product. I use all the Gulp products. I fish five times aweek aleast and fish fresh and saltwater. I wrote Berkley about a month ago and told them how much I like the Gulp baits. I have pictures to back this product.
