How do I return an item?
Return an order
All regular priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 45 Days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by customer service department. Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization number us at 1-707-588-8033. Outdoor Pro Shop will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs for all items deemed damaged or defective or items not on your packing slip. Customers must call or email first. Please note that shipping may not be refunded if item is returned for reasons other than damage or defective products.
