The two rods in this line-up should cover all of your plugging needs and then
some. The first is an upgraded version of our old HSR982C GL3. You asked us to
improve the tip and "lock up" strength and that is what we have done. The action
has been improved, while at the same time, increasing sensitivity and strength.
This was a proven favorite that has been dialed in to make it that much better.
The second model is SAPR983C. With the increase in larger plugs and working
deeper water, there was a definite need for a heavier plugging rod. This rod
carries the classic plugging action but is bumped up a notch in strength in the
tip and midsection to run the bigger plugs without maxing out the rod.
Beautifully finished to mimic the blue to chrome coloring of bright salmon.
Finished with Fuji Alconite guides for a low profile action and less weight. |
