While the 704C will always be the most popular jig rod, the 705C is Gary’s personal favorite. A heavy-duty jig rod that’s flat awesome with a 1-ounce jig on 14-to 20-pound line. It can drop down to fish a 3/8-ounce jig very well, while pulling duty as a premium small swimbait rod as well. A nice tip on the rod comes into pure power in the mid section, providing the pull needed in heavy cover.
