These new poles are noticeably stiffer and more efficient than our original "standard graphite" version. They react much, much faster. Another good thing! We've also improved their look, with a proprietary new skin that is UV protected to help maintain its integrity for many years to come. It's white to help keep it cool to the touch... a real bonus in tropical locations where heat can be severe. There are two models: an 18-footer for shallow water and small skiffs and a 21-footer for deeper water and larger rigs. Each comes from the factory with the new "metal-tipped" pointed end cap, forked end cap and ferrules pre-assembled. All you need to do is glue the sections together with 3-M "5200" fast-cure marine sealant and you're ready to shove off... pun intended. |
