Shipping
We receive many inquiries regarding our shipping policies and procedures. We have done our best to outline the most pertinent information on our Shipping Details Page. The "Shipping Details" page seeks to answer the most common concerns, however, should you still have questions please email our Shipping Department.
In Stock/Out of Stock Items
We seek to keep our inventory levels current and up to date. Our inventory system updates daily and reflects our inventory levels each morning. This means that if you are allowed to order and item it was in stock as of that morning. In some cases we will sell out during the day and your order will get back-ordered. In these cases we will contact you with the information you provide upon checkout and offer you one of the following options:
1. Back-order the item: You will remain in a back ordered status and will receive the item in the order you placed it. Meaning you will be on the top of the list and would have your item shipped the day it arrives to us from the manufacturer.
2. Change the order: In some cases you may not want to wait for a particular item. In this case during a conversation or email with you we can change out the ordered item for an alternative item.
3. Cancel the order: If you choose to not wait for a back-order or change the order, we will gladly cancel the order. It is possible to cancel just a single item from an order no problem and it won't effect your free apparel or free shipping status by removing this item from your order. Also, note you were not ever billed for this item. We only charge your credit card for the amount of the items shipped and ALWAYS at the time of shipping - not the time of ordering.
Returns
We at Monster Fishing Tackle and Outdoor Pro Shop want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy offers a full refund on items returned within 30 days of the original purchase. All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. In some cases, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $20. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be refunded minus the cost of shipping: this includes all 2nd day air and next day air shipments.
We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via email at info@outdoorproshop.com or calling toll free at (855) 588-7033. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment unless otherwise negotiated upon original contact. Should we assume fault for incorrectly filling an order we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
Damaged Items
We take every measure to make sure your order is shipped and packaged in the most secure manner. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will issue a call tag to retrieve that package from you. You do not have to pay return shipping fees. Once we receive confirmation the return package is en route back to us, we will send out your in tact items. In the rare occurrence the item of subject is out of stock, we will work with the manufacturer to get you that item as quickly as possible.

Outdoor Pro Shop is a full service fishing tackle store. The Cotati Store has been serving Sonoma County for over 17 years having recently moved into a new 24,000 square foot retail location dedicated entirely to fishing tackle. While our online entity, Monster Fishing Tackle, is mostly comprised of our bass fishing gear, our retail store includes an extensive selection of tackle for all species of fish. Our store includes a saltwater department serving species such as: Salmon, Tuna, Rockfish, Halibut, Sturgeon, Perch, Stripers and many more with tackle considerations for local waters as well as Mexico, Alaska and the East Coast. Our freshwater department encompasses the entire spectrum of species including trout, kokanee, panfish, river salmon, bass and a huge steelhead selection. Our growing fly fishing department is staffed by knowledgeable fly fishermen and includes a full selection of fly rods, reels, clothing, flys and accessories. In addition to fishing tackle our store carries other outdoor gear including knives, boating accessories, fish smoking supplies and a modest selection of camping gear.
