Outdoor Pro Shop, established in 1993, has two locations in California, Rohnert Park and Oakland. Over the past 15 years, Outdoor Pro Shop has serviced northern California with in-depth knowledge of all types of fishing. Outdoor Pro Shop is a full scale fishing tackle retailer. We specialize in bass, steelhead, salmon, big game, and crabbing. Our employees are anglers from steelhead enthusiasts to bass tournament participants and everywhere in between.
Outdoor Pro Shop is a member of the American Sportfishing Association as well as many other fishing activist groups. We support the fishing industry in helping maintain your right to fish! Although we are based in California, we work with experts from around the country to assure we have the best selection of rods, reels, tackle and supplies for customers anywhere.

Discussion forums enable forum members to communicate with each other. To participate in the forum, we require that you register with a valid e-mail address. We may use your e-mail address in the event we need to contact you regarding your postings or to inquire about your forum experience. We recommend that care be taken in posting personal information on this message board, as any information you provide is accessible by other users.
We Give You Choice and Control

To Cancel an Order
We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you must fax or e-mail us within one hour from the time the order was placed. We are unable to cancel your order after this time period because your order is already in the fulfillment process. Please fax us at (707) 782-9651 or email us at info@outdoorproshop.com. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed.
To Return an Order
All regular priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 45 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (707) 782-0966. Outdoor Pro Shop will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs for all items deemed damaged or defective, or items not on your packing slip. Customers must call or e-mail first.

Tax Rules
We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations (currently California, at 7.75%).
Orders Qualifying for Free Shipping & Handling and Delivery
We provide free shipping & handling on all new merchandise orders over $100. Excluded from free shipping & handling are as follows: oversized and heavier Items, all discounted Items as noted on the product page, and all items shipped to AK & HI.

Approximate ship times are as follows:
CA: 1 - 2 days
AZ, NV, ID, OR, and WA: 2 days
Central US: 3 days
East Coast: 5 days
Ground Service for all orders under $100 (3 to 7 business days): $8.95
2 Business Day Delivery: $19.95
Next Business Day Delivery (1 business day): $27.95
Saturday Delivery: $37.95
Important Shipping & Handling Information:
Orders under $100 may ship US Mail, unless Two Day, Next Day or Saturday Delivery option is selected.
Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO, and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS only. Orders received after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day.
Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. Orders confirmed on Friday after 10 AM EST will ship Monday.
The warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving.
No express delivery to AK, HI, military APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Not all items can be shipped Express Delivery (next day, two day or Saturday delivery).
