i ended up getting 1 lv-max500 in the Wakin colorway as a special offer with a TLC rod that i purchased. knowing that red is a great color in lipless crankbaits at on of our local lakes, i put it on and started casting one afternoon. amazing results. the weight of the lv-max 500's make super long casts on 10lb fluorocarbon effortless. after catching 5+ smallmouth, 5+ spotted bass, 5+ hybrids, and a 10lb striper, i knew i needed more. the only knock on this lure is that the finish is a little less durable than with other lucky craft hardbaits. either way, i now have a stockpile for next spring. definitely would recommend it, just keep in mind that it gets scratched/dinged pretty easily from hitting cover during retrieves and from the hooks swinging (not to mention the hybrid bites).

Outdoorproshop, I just single-handedly had the best bass fishing day of my life using the Lucky Craft Wakin (red lipless crankbait) bait I just got from you. I caught 30+ Bass, 10-12 from 4-5 lbs, and I weighed 4 over 6lb. There is absolutely nothing left of the bait...please send another one as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need my info again...but "WOW" what a bait, I never used any else the entire time. Thanks,
