The Lucky Craft LV 500 Max is a hard plastic lipless crankbait designed to mimic several types of forage fish. The LV series of baits are extremely effective due to their profile, sound, and action that are all intended to replicate the creatures bass prey upon. During the pre-spawn months lipless crankbaits can be absolutely deadly when fished around grass leading into spawning flats. Although there are several ways to fish the bait, most anglers agree the best results are achieved when the bait is retrieved through vegetation of some sort. The LV 500 will almost flutter upon free fall and is responsible for some vicious strikes. For professional fishermen and weekenders alike, the LV series will allow fast coverage of water especially when fish are difficult to locate. The lure can be cast long distance and retrieved at depths of 1-3 feet (LV-100) and 12-15 feet (LV-500). The LV series are equipped with brass and glass rattles that expose bass to a unique sound unlike many others in the same category. As is to be expected with Lucky Craft products, the color patterns are extensive and very detailed. The LV 500 is 3" in length and weighs 3/4oz with an intended fishing depth of anywhere from 1-15 feet.
