The Huddleston Deluxe Swimbait
is responsible for more double digit bass
than even live bait. The phenomenon started many years ago when
California anglers found that the biggest bass in the lake were feeding
on the stocker trout. Slowly, bass fishermen across the country realized
that despite a lack of trout in their lake, the bass still wanted a big
meal and the Huddleston Deluxe was the perfect match. The original 8"
Huddleston Deluxe continues to be the choice of big bass hunters across
the country as evidenced by the success of anglers like Butch Brown of
California and Matt Peters of
the South, bass want a big bait no matter where they live. The 8" model has four different sink rates:
ROF 0, 5, 12, and 16. Please note the 0 and 5 ROF baits do not come
with a hook.
-ROF 0 - Floating swimbait.
Perfect for dead sticking in clear water,(?!?! Carolina Rig off the
bottom)
-ROF 5- 5" of fall per 10 seconds. This is
the go to bait for less than 10ft of water. For that super slow roll
that gets the bass crazy. This bait can be rigged multiple ways, bottom
treble, two bottom treble, treble top hook, two treble top hook, frog
hooks, braid, wire....more will come on how to rig it.!
-ROF 12- For every 10 seconds this bait will
fall 12ft...head down. This is the preferred bait for slow rolling the
deeper bottom for monster bass. The beauty of this bait, besides is the
slow moving tail, is the ability to stay upright off the bottom for the
most natural presentation possible.

16 - Even deeper than the 12 this bait will fall 16ft per
10sec...head down. Fish a deep water ledge.
