SHIPPING POLICIES: Orders placed online before 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day Monday-Friday. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders shipped within California or Las Vegas are delivered the next day. All other orders will arrive based on Fed-Ex's typical ground delivery service. For an estimated delivery schedule use the following table.

Express Shipping is available for an additional fee. However, it is not available for rod purchases.
Canadian Shipping is available for an additional fee.

IN STOCK/OUT OF STOCK: Our system has an inventory count for every item we offer. The inventory is live to the day. What this means is if the system allows you to place an order for an item than that item was in stock as of the morning of your purchase. In some cases we will sell out during the day and your order will get back-ordered. In these cases we will contact you with the information you provide upon checkout and offer you options.The options are generally as follows:
1. Back-order the item: You will remain in a back ordered status and will receive the item in the order you placed it. Meaning you will be on the top of the list and would have your item shipped the day it arrives to us from the manufacturer.
2. Change the order: In some cases you may not want to wait for a particular item. In this case during a conversation or email with you we can change out the ordered item for an alternative item.
3. Cancel the order: If you choose to not wait for a back-order or change the order, we will gladly cancel the order. It is possible to cancel just a single item from an order no problem and it won't effect your free apparel or free shipping status by removing this item from your order. Also, note you were not ever billed for this item. We only charge your credit card for the amount of the items shipped and ALWAYS at the time of shipping - not the time of ordering.
Returns - MonsterFishingTackle.com and Outdoor Pro Shop, Inc. want you to be happy with your purchase. It is our policy to offer you 30 days to return unused and in new condition items. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $20. Items shipped to you overnight or second day air will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
You must contact us prior to returning any merchandise to notify us of your intent to do so. You can do this by emailing us at Info@outdoorproshop.com and we will reply with an RMA number for you to include with your return package.
All returns are your responsibility to handle any shipping and/or taxes incurred with your return.
Damaged Items - MonsterFishingTackle.com and Outdoor Pro Shop, Inc. take every measure to make sure your order is shipped and packaged in the best possible way. If an item should arrive damaged we will issue a call tag to retrieve that package from you. You do not have to pay return shipping. Once that item is picked up from you another replacement item (if available) will be shipped out to you immediately. If by the off-chance we do not have another of that item in stock we will work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
Other Species: Coming soon MonsterFishingTackle.com will offer a wide variety of species online for your tackle needs. Bass is our first and you can look forward to many other species being covered in much the same way we are covering bass currently.
